Baloon is an app where you can meet and chat with new people, either through existing chat rooms or private chats.
From the main screen, you can to browse the different categories and subcategories. If you want to chat about a specific topic, tap on 'people' to search through the users, and use the search filters to find users with the same interests. The chat rooms allow free participation, so anyone can enter, view all the previously sent messages, and send new messages.
